
Ann Arora, MFT, brings a distinctive combination of business leadership and clinical expertise to her work. She began her career at Kraft Foods, where she managed major consumer brands including Light N’ Lively, Kraft Natural Cheese, Knudsen, and Breakstone, developing deep experience in marketing, strategic thinking, and building high-performing teams. She later made a midlife career transition to become a psychotherapist and now maintains a busy private practice in San Francisco. In addition to her clinical work, Ann serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, where she is Co-Chair of both the Safety Committee and the People, Culture & Belonging Committee. In these roles, she draws on her combined business and clinical background to help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for the organization’s youth and staff. Ann is married with two grown children, and splits her time between San Francisco and Calistoga.
